The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls, ferry terminals, and the MRT. Rooms are equipped with locking key cards and hot water heaters, and there is free soap and shampoo. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel provides free drinking water.
The rooms are quite small and there is no window. Some guests have reported bad smells, dirty bedding, and a generally unkempt atmosphere.

The location of this budget accommodation was key - easy access to public transport and a short walk to the ferry. The tidy and clean room made for a comfortable stay, especially considering the reasonable price. The friendly and helpful staff were a bonus.
The building itself was a bit scruffy which didn't leave the best impression but is typical of the area. the reception area was difficult to find and involved stairs and cramped lifts which was tiring after a long trip.

We loved the location of the hotel which was right next to the metro station and many stores. It was also quite near to shopping malls and had good transportation facilities. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel provided us with daily housekeeping services. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they were available to help us with any queries we had.

The location was convenient, very close to a metro station and easy to walk around the area. the air conditioning worked well which was much appreciated during hot days. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. the floors were quite sticky and there was a lingering unpleasant smell in the bathroom that couldn't be removed.

This place is a great choice for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff here are very friendly, kind, and speak perfect English. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, even providing us with a bigger room than we had booked. The location of this hotel is exceptional, as it is right next to the MTR station and close to the beautiful Victoria Harbour. We were able to conveniently explore the city and visit all the popular tourist spots in Kowloon. Additionally, there are plenty of souvenir shops and restaurants around the area, making it a perfect choice for foodies and shoppers alike.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We recommend it to all travelers looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.
